Chas is one of the few creatives who began his career on the business side. After helping Philips Electronics launch in the US, he decided to take night classes at School of the Visual Arts in Manhattan and become a copywriter.
In the 12 years since, Chas has created endless amounts of highly praised work for brands such as Vegas.com, Google, Volvo, Barnes & Noble, Dunkin' Donuts and Microsoft. In 2004, Chas's work helped Kirshenbaum earn Adweek's Regional Agency of the Year. In 2007, he became Creative Director of an Australian-owned agency dedicated to startups (Chas has a strong entrepreneurial spirit but we won't expound on non-mtzhf matters here).
Having traveled the world, Chas brings a unique universal perspective. "After a near-death imprisonment in Zimbabwe, I flew to Nepal and trekked through the Himalayas in a pair of running shoes. A tough experience, but great training for life in the creative department."
