Noel
McKenzie-Johnson

Group Account Director

Noel’s six-foot stature (sans heels) might be intimidating were it not for her genuine personality.

Clients love her down-to-earth attitude and desire to push their business forward. We love her breadth of experience and competitive edge formed back in her days as a college athlete.

Basketball was her “go to” college sport, but she started her career in Golf. She worked with Taylor Made to promote and organize urban youth programs across the country. This became a stepping stone to serving as Marketing Director with Kemper Sports Management based in Chicago. Five years into her career her interest switched from client side marketing to the agency world, and since then advertising has been her sport of choice.

Over the last fifteen years she’s helped financial institutions discover their personalities, disruptor brands like Airbnb envision new digital service experiences, and non-profits think like for-profits. She’s worked at design shops, advertising agencies, started her own boutique branding agency, and since 2015 has called MUH-TAY-ZIK HOF-FER home.

Here, she’s worked on multiple integrated accounts – ranging from orchestrating a massive launch for SoFi during the Super Bowl, to testing OXO’s first ever advertising campaign, to reinventing how people think about AAA.

As Group Account Director, our teams look to her for guidance and our clients look to her as a trusted partner.

And with that height, we can’t help but look up to her. Literally.
